How are they manufactured?

The Reusable Pallet Covers are made of polyester mesh coated with flexible PVC. They are breathable and semi-transparent, they have biocide protection that prevents contamination against bacteria and fungi. Its high tensile strength of 99 pounds of force per square inch tested in a laboratory, guarantees high load containment without deforming or breaking.

High Duration

Reusable Pallet Covers last up to 5 years or more than 2000 uses. They can be made in customizable heights from 2 feet to 6.5 feet tall, from 3 straps to 5 strap adjustments. Its highly durable military-grade velcro adjustment straps keep the tension of the load secure.

Customizable Colors

The Pallet Covers come in BLACK line color, but can be manufactured in custom colors for minimum orders of 200 units. The adjustment posts can be combined with different colors.

Firmness and security in transport

For greater safety in transport and storage, as an optional accessory you can order the stowage tie-down straps that secure the load to the stowage and prevent accidents.

More ergonomic than using stretch

Handling pallet covers is much safer for the health of your workers. The need to bend over is minimal compared to using stretch rolls, plus you will reduce elbow problems caused by holding the roll and putting tension on it.
